WHAT WE BELIEVE
OUR STORY
Strong Tower Christian Church (STCC) was founded by Pastor Darren and his wife, Pastor Angie, after God stirred their hearts to create a diverse and non-denominational congregation.
2008
STCC launched community outreach initiatives, including serving foster families and organizing disaster relief for Dominica.
2012
The church adopted a vision of becoming a "Church Without Walls," focusing on breaking barriers that separate people from God and each other.
2020

2010
STCC began supporting 50+ children through Compassion International, reflecting their mission to impact lives locally and globally.

2015
STCC expanded its mission to foster connections in Frederick County, emphasizing relationships through authentic discipleship and community projects.

Today
STCC continues to grow as a multicultural, multi-generational congregation committed to spreading hope and purpose through Christ-centered living.
Strong Tower has formed a Land Search Committee to find a suitable site on which to establish our church permanently.
This Committee has been working together over the last 4 months, looking at several sites and talking with multiple property owners about possible acquisitions. One site has met all of our qualifications for size and price, and we are currently working to acquire the site if possible. However, in Frederick county this is an extremely bureaucratic, time consuming process . . . so until we have crossed the threshold of reasonable possibility, we don’t want to get ahead of Gods plan. If for some reason this land does not receive approval during the feasibility study, we will continue our search. By streamlining our expenses, we anticipate that we will save an estimated $100,000 to $150,000! Holding services and other ministry activities at Restoration Church allows us to better manage our resources, while also preparing us for the exciting endeavor of building our new church home.
