Meet the Team
LEADERSHIP
ELDERS
From the earliest churches described in Scripture, leadership was entrusted to a group of spiritually mature and trusted individuals. These leaders—known as elders—were called to shepherd the church through ministry leadership, prayer, wise decision-making, and loving guidance during times of challenge or conflict.
Their role was to help ensure the church remained faithful to God’s calling and direction. The qualifications and responsibilities for this leadership model are clearly outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9, providing a biblical framework for healthy, God-honoring church leadership.
